Goods will be dispatched via a courier or postal service. Larger orders may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may be longer during peak periods, such as holidays. Once dispatched, plinko-lix.com cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier or postal service.
plinko-lix.com aims to process and dispatch orders within 4-6 working days, but this may extend during busy periods.
If a customer fails to accept delivery after an attempt has been made, plinko-lix.com reserves the right to charge additional fees for re-delivery. Goods may be withheld until these fees are paid.
If goods are returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Goods sent via Royal Mail are not considered lost until 15 working days have passed (excluding the dispatch day).
Unless specified otherwise, all goods will be packaged according to plinko-lix.com’s standard. Any special packaging requests must be agreed upon prior to placing an order.
Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed and paid for. plinko-lix.com specializes in bespoke products, and refunds cannot be issued for purchases.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact plinko-lix.com within 2 working days of receiving your order.
plinko-lix.com does NOT accept returns or offer replacements. Any faults may result from shipping damage or user handling.
All products are made to order and cannot be resold. Therefore, once an order is finalized, returns or refunds will only be considered if there is a manufacturing fault.
Payments are processed securely via BACS, credit, or debit cards. Customers will receive an email confirmation once an order is placed and payment is received.
plinko-lix.com reserves the right to update product prices at any time. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
